  • Buy, Hold and Manage strategy, i.e. acquisition of real estate in order to hold it for the longer term and optimise its earnings potential.

For the Baloise Swiss Property Fund, we are looking for properties that meet the following criteria:

  • Property size: between CHF 5 million and CHF 30 million
  • Initial net yield: at least 2.8%
  • Location: Lake Geneva region, north-western Switzerland, central Switzerland and Zurich
  • Use: preferably residential properties, mixed-use properties and purely office properties, no retail properties.
